Running a project across regions, or with a team that does not all work in the same language? This pack gives you nine of the most-used project templates in one consistent, boardroom-clean style – and every label switches between English, Spanish (Latin American), Portuguese (Brazilian), French, German and Simplified Chinese from a single dropdown on the cover. There are no macros and no add-ins: it opens in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice, on desktop and mobile, without a single security warning – though the heat map, Gantt bars and completed-row shading use conditional formatting built for Excel and can look different elsewhere.

The nine templates are delivered as separate files so you can use any one on its own: a Work Breakdown Structure with an automatic Gantt driven by your start and end dates; an Action and To-Do tracker; a RAID log for risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies; a Risk Register with an auto-colored 5x5 probability-by-impact heat map; a Stakeholder Register whose Power/Interest grid derives the engagement strategy for you; a RACI matrix; a one-page Status Report in RAG; a Decision Log; and a Project Charter.

Every template is built to the same restrained standard: a grayscale base with a single accent, thin table rules, and real ISO-8601 date values so 2026-07-15 reads the same in every country and the 07/08-versus-08/07 ambiguity simply disappears. Completed rows gray out with one click. The sample data is illustrative – you replace it with your own in minutes.

What makes it different is the multilingual engine. Headers, dropdown values, and even formula-derived fields switch instantly with the language selector, and your own data is never overwritten – only labels and options translate, never the text you type: a task you marked High still reads High in German. All 119 labels use each language's own project vocabulary rather than a word-for-word rendering of the English: the Work Breakdown Structure is EDT in Spanish, EAP in Portuguese and PSP in German. Nothing is locked: add rows and columns freely, and to add a language, insert one column on the i18n sheet and type its code on the Cover.
